Finca Projects is the evolution of my child-like creativity, my contemporary and modern design esthetic, and my precision and detail-oriented production. My wife and I launched the Company in 2017 for the purpose of real estate development and management. However, it didn't take long for my unyielding energy and need to create to expand the Company's business offerings. My prior company, 5zero5 Designs, focused on custom furniture and metal fabrication. With Finca's origins in real estate development, I have now expanded my skillsets and offerings to also include heavy construction, structural steelwork, and property-wide design.
As the Company's tag line indicates, I work in metal, wood, and dirt; in many instances, all in the same project. I will admit that my primary passion is welding and metal fabrication. However, the juxtaposition of cold steel and concrete, and natural elements, like wood grain, broken rock, and green vegetation, is found in almost all of my projects.
